Official Warranty Policy
NanoClear™ Paint Protection Film & Window Film
Warranty Terms
NanoClear™ warrants the original purchaser that our paint protection films will be free from manufacturing defects upon shipment and for the periods defined below when used in accordance with our instructions under normal conditions.
2. What’s Covered
- Yellowing, cracking, peeling, bubbling or delamination
- UV rejection failure in window films
- Replacement of the film (only) if defect confirmed
3. Eligibility Requirements
- Warranty is valid for the original owner only.
- PPF must be installed on original factory paint.
- Installation must be performed by a NanoClear® certified installer.
- A valid invoice must be provided with installation date, installer, and product details.
- Warranty is non-transferable and becomes void if ownership changes.

4. Exclusions
- Damage from accidents, road debris, or improper cleaning
- Use of abrasive chemicals or high-pressure water on film edges
- Installation on repainted or non-standard surfaces
- Wear due to unapproved installers or post-install modification
5. Care Instructions (All Films)
- Do not wash vehicle for 7 days after installation
- Do not move side mirrors up/down for 2 days after window film installation
- Avoid using towels or cloths heavily around window film edges
- Use only pH-neutral shampoo and microfiber towel
- Avoid dry wiping films to prevent scratches
- Apply NanoClear sealant/wax every 2–3 months (PPF only)
- Do not use automatic or commercial car washes
6. Submitting a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please provide:
- Proof of original installation with invoice
- Photos or video clearly showing the issue
- Confirmation of certified NanoClear® installer used
NanoClear® may request a visual or physical inspection prior to approving the warranty claim.
7. Warranty Registration
To activate your NanoClear® product warranty, customers are required to complete the warranty registration process within 45 days of installation. Failure to register within this period may result in the warranty becoming void.
